Hatha Yoga
Classes:
Each class will
include specific instruction on Alignment within Asana, Focus within
Breath Work,
Clarity within Intention. These all Important aspects of Hatha Yoga.
All levels of Practitioner will benefit
from regular Classes.
Private
Instruction:
These
Sessions are focused on the Yoga Needs of an individual or small
groups. They can include
Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, and Yoga philosophy. In this setting we can
deepen our exploration of a
Yoga on a personal level. I recommend private instruction to all
beginners, as this will prepare them
for a complete experience in the various aspects of Yoga.
