The word Retreat according to the Oxford dictionary suggests -Withdrawing into privacy or security, (place of) seclusion; (Eccl.) temporary retirement for religious exercises; asylum for inebriates or lunatics or pensioners; lurking-place, place of shelter. What we will add to this concise definition is "beautiful surroundings, like-minded people and a course of study". All these definitions apply to what our retreats include. The world we live in has much to offer and sometimes spending time in a beautiful place with like-minded people, delving deeper into a course of study of our choice, is exactly what we need to continue our forward journeys'. Our retreat venues are specifically chosen to suit the needs of the participants and the course of study. Always included will be experienced teachers, breath-taking locations and mouth-watering cuisine. One can expect a wide variety on offer ranging from Yoga, African drumming, Rythamvmnt, meditation, silence, laughter, open discussions and mostly, a safe environment to explore the deepest reaches of your-self.
